Throughout my novel the pictures show a wide range of different features and details. Between different scenes in the story the time period switches from the daytime to night time and back and forth. The daytime shows a sense of the characters awareness of things around him and takes into sense that things are happening all around him and it is affecting him in so many different ways. During the night he leaves those feelings behind to protect and watch over himself and the people around him who he deeply cares for. The time period is also taking place a long time ago during the times of the Arabians and the riches people had.
Back in that day and age people were expected to follow exactly what the kings and royals would say. The Prince would do things not expected to be done in his position. He would protect and ward off any evil people that would come around to try and steal the goods and riches of his city. He has the spirit and courage of a person now-a-days fighting for what they believe in even knowing what could happen.
The time period between day and night helps portray the story and exactly what is happening. It shows the weariness that the character has through each time slot. At night it will give us the feeling that something may happen and cautiousness is very essential. During the daytime it gives us that feeling of knowing what has happened and what the character is feeling. If the time period in which the stories occured it might be extremely different. The characters would be older or younger and that would affect their actions greatly. They might be too young to even think of things that an older, more wise character may think. And if they are too old then they may have that exact feeling of being to old and not being able to do the things they are able to do in the period of time they are in now. Their exact features and the way that the author portrays the character is for a certain reason. A wise and strong person would be able to do the things that happen in the novel such as sword fights and robbing kkingdoms. If it were any other person say not as strong they woulde not be able to do those things and it would change the entire story. The reader would not understand it and therefore they would not be interested.
The novel is a real story because back then those exact things did happen. Robbing, thieves, sword fights...it all occured. And it is one of many reasons that the reader can stay interested because it is based on things that hace truely happened in our world and some of which still happen today. Changing the story line of the novel would change the outcome competely. The story would be harder to write and the readers could become more confused. Changing one small detail can affect the whole story and point the author is trying to get across.
